For local business clubs and networking groups
Guestfolk is for business clubs, supper clubs, networking groups and event companies. Your members book and pay online, and carry their membership card on their phone. You run events, people and emails from one dashboard. We do the setup.
Your Stripe, your Mailchimp, your members’ data.

What’s included
Your members get a website and a members’ area in your club’s colours. You get the dashboard that runs it all.
Part one
Your events, memberships and area pages, with Stripe checkout.
Part two
Their card, points, bookings and offers, on their phone.
Part three
Events, people, members and emails, in one place.
Bookings
Every event gets its own page, with the seats left shown live and Stripe checkout. Members get their discount automatically.
Sold out, members-only and invitation-only events all work, and guests can add the date to their calendar.
The website and bookings

The members’ area
Members open their card from a link, with no app to download. A venue scans its QR code to check they’re a member.
Their points, bookings and member offers are there too, with a forum for asks and offers, and a member directory.
The members’ areaThe planner
Put in the costs and the ticket price, and the planner shows how many seats you need to sell to break even. Then try a few what-ifs before you commit.
Guest lists, dietary needs, check-in, takings and emails to guests are all in the same dashboard.
The organiser’s dashboard
People
Members, guests, enquiries, prospects and your mailing list, together, with filters. Group them by place, or by what they like.
Mailchimp stays in step, with tags for places and likes and a fresh copy of your list every 3 hours. And when you need to write to a group, “Email these people” drafts it with Claude.
People and Mailchimp
Done for you
We put in your brand, words and colours, connect your domain, Stripe and Mailchimp, and add your first events and membership tiers. Then we make a test booking with you.
We talk about your club and show you the demo.
Your logo, colours, words, first events and tiers.
Your brand, domain, Stripe, Mailchimp, events and tiers.
We make a booking together, start to finish.
Your site goes live on your own domain.
Typically 2 to 3 weeks from the first call to going live.
It stays yours
We connect your accounts; we don’t take them over. Your club owns its Stripe and Mailchimp accounts, and its members’ data.
Payments go to your club’s own Stripe account.
Your mailing list stays in your own Mailchimp account.
It belongs to your club.
Built on Astro and Netlify, with Stripe for payments and Mailchimp for email. Fast static pages, cookie consent before any analytics, and a backup every night.
Your club will be able to connect ChatGPT, Claude or any AI assistant that supports MCP to its dashboard. The assistant can read your events, bookings and People, and make drafts for you to check.
MCP is the open standard for connecting AI assistants to other apps, so it works with others too, such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Cursor. An app that can’t use the usual sign-in can connect with an access key instead.
It will be an add-on at £29 a month, ex VAT.
Events, plans, emails and social posts, for you to check.
Those stay with you.
Unless your club switches them on.
And you can revoke any connection at any time.
Pricing
Plus £2,500 for setup. Ex VAT. Stripe’s own fees and your Mailchimp plan are paid separately.
We’ll show you The Lantern Club, our demo club: its website, its members’ area and its dashboard. Then we’ll answer your questions.
